Every Friday for Aqua Therapy, a low intensive exercise class that supports physical wellbeing, promote relaxation and relieve pain and discomfort from arthritis.
The Class is excellent for individuals with osteoarthritis due to decreased pressure on joins. It also caters for individuals who have mobility concerns and is suitable for people with a disability.
