This beautiful home in Birtinya is an unfurnished four bedroom, two bathrooms and two carpark house. 

It is situated in a well-sought-after location on the Sunshine Coast, within walking distance to Kawana Lake, Sunshine Coast Health Precinct and Birtinya Shopping Centre.

The new participant will be sharing with a woman in her late 60s, who is also an NDIS participant.

Each tenant will occupy one bedroom, with one bedroom designated for onsite overnight assistance (OOA) and the other used for storage.
